Penny Elaine Russell, 67, Denver, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, at The Waters of Peru.
Borm May 4, 1957, in Peru, Indiana, she was the daughter of Clarence Russell and Ronnie and Sallie (Rosebury) Willis.
Survivors include two children, Scott (Amber) Russell, Peru; and Carrie Shrum, Peru; four grandchildren, Emilei Russell, Elwood; and Adrien Shrum, Romae Shrum, and Zeri Shrum, all of Peru; brother, Tom (Edith) Russell, Denver; sister, Phyllis Prosper (Jake), Greenwood; one nephew, Thomas Russell, Denver.
