Carolyn J. (Mull) Lester, 91, Peru, Indiana, passed away at 12:05 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2025, at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.
Born August 20, 1933, in Lafayette, Indiana, she was the daughter of Clarence and Lela May (Emery) Mull. On February 14, 1055, in Lafayette, Indiana, she was married to Charles W. Lester, and he preceded her in death on December 21, 2012.
Carolyn was a member of the First Baptist Church of Peru, Indiana, the Women of the Moose, and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include her son, Robert (Linda) Lester, Peru; daughter, Becky Wright, Denver; grandchildren, Lisa (Mike) Vinopal, Peru; Brian (Leigh) Wright, Peru; and Michelle Wright, Kokomo; great-grandchildren, Palmer, Caroline, Quinn, Austin, and Abby; and great-grandchildren, Crew and Brooks.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Gary Lester; son-in-law, Mike Wright; two brothers, James Mull, and Jack Mull; and sisters, Phyllis Brooks, and Maxine Mitchell.
Per Carolyn's wishes, no services will be held. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Logansport.
