Janice Kay Horn, 67, Macy, passed away Wednesday evening, September 21, 2016, at Dukes Memorial Hospital, Peru.

Born January 16, 1949, in Peru, Indiana, she was the daughter of Carl Eugene and Rose Ella Scott Gibson.  On December 3, 1966, in Mentone, Indiana, she was married to Mickey Alan Horn who survives.

Janice was retired from Schneider Electric (formerly Square D Corporation) in Peru, Indiana.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, camping, and being a supporter of her family in their many activities. 

Surviving are her husband Mickey Horn, Macy; son, Troy Wayne Horn; grandchildren, Hannah R. Horn and Taylor M. Horn, both of Indianapolis; and Joseph W. Horn, Mexico; and one brother, Bob Gibson, Rochester. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Todd Alan Horn.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 26, 2016, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.  Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Mexico. 

Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
