Wilma Tullis Obituary

Wilma Jean Willard Tullis, 93, Macy, went to be with Jesus on November 20, 2021, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, Indiana, with her daughter Mary at her side.

Born on January 28, 1928, in Fulton County, she was the daughter of Mary Catherine Schamp Willard and Joshua Willard. She was married to Richard Gene Tullis on December 21, 1944, and he preceded her in death in 1993.

Wilma and Richard raised one daughter, Mary Tullis Goodwin and one son, Bernard Eugene Tullis, who preceded her in death in January 2020. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Pam and Paul Goodwin, and Crystal, Richard Bernard, Jr.; and great-grandma to Mary Dunham Melendez (Julio Victor Melendez) and great-great grandmother to Samantha, Kailyn, Victoria, and Aria. She also leaves behind one brother Willis Dean (Shirley) Willard, Rochester.

There will be no public services at this time. A gathering is being planned in the spring. Burial was in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester.
