Jerry Lynn Wills

Jerry Lynn Wills, 59, Peru, Indiana, passed away at 11:00 a.m. on  Tuesday, April 28, 2020, at his residence. 

Born January 10, 1961, in Clarinda, Iowa, he was the son of Kenneth Ray Wills and the former Joetta M. Mascher. 

He attended Clarinda grade school in Clarinda, Iowa, and attended high school at Raytown High School in Kansas City.  He was employed at Smithfield Foods in Peru, where he worked in the maintenance department.  He was also a veteran of the United States Navy.

He is survived by his mother, Joetta M. Anderson, Belton, MO; his girlfriend of twenty-five years, Tracy Collins, Peru; daughters, Michelle Wills, Fort Dodge, IA; Melissa Cole, Elizabeth, CO; sons, Josh Wills, Harrington, D.E.; Josh Collins, Logansport; Jeremy Collins, Royal Center; Ryan Collins, Attica, IN; grandchildren, Justin Cole and Kevin Cole, Elizabeth, CO; Taylor Collins, Walton; Lane Collins, Walton, and Jordyn Collins, Royal Center; sisters, Katy Mercer, Stone Mountain, GA; and Patty Ruiz, Belton, MO; and brother Jim Wills, Osage Beach, MO.

He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Martha Leek.
