E. Juamaine “Gran” Whitaker, 70, formerly of Peru, Albion, and Auburn, passed away at 12:09 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, at Golden Living Center-Sycamore Village, Kokomo.

Born August 3, 1949, in Eaton County, Michigan, she was the daughter of William Alderman Whitaker and the former Johnny Kate Ruth Mitchell.

She is survived by her three children, Joseph Alderman Stull Albion, IN; Jualina Leigh Musselman (Brad) Walton, IN; and Jylyan Breigh Lane (Jared) Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Cassandra Michelle Smith (Trey) Peru, IN; Jaleigha Breigh Ingram (Nick) Walton, IN; Jalynn Kate Stull (Tyler Burns) Walton, IN; Jalyssa Leigh Lane Jacksonville, FL; Jayvin William Lane Jacksonville,FL; and great-grandchildren, Joshua, Jensen, Jaxon and Juliete Smith, Peru, IN; and Jennicka Ingram Walton, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandsons, Jevin Alan and Jaymeson Don Linnemeier.
