Martha Rose Bellamy

Martha Rose Bellamy, 67, Bunker Hill, Indiana, passed away at 4:48 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at her residence, with her family by her side.

Born October 25, 1958, in Wabash, Indiana, she was the daughter of Robert and Delores June (Perkins) Richards. On March 18, 1977, in Peru, Indiana, she was married to Rickey Bellamy, and he survives.

She retired from Phoenix in Marion and had worked at Trelleborg in Peru, Indiana, for over twenty years. She enjoyed gardening, vacationing in Gatlinburg, TN, spending time with her dog, Fred. She loved watching game shows, old classic TV shows and movies, and following her grandchildren playing baseball and softball.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Bellamy, Bunker Hill; son, Richard “Ricky” (Tammy) Bellamy, Peru; daughter, Christina (Jeremy) Landrum, Peru; grandchildren, Emmalyn Landrum, Peru; Randy Landrum, Peru; three step-grandchildren; and siblings, Yvonne Paxton, Wabash; and Jonathan (Lisa) Richards, Wabash.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 10, 2026, at Bunker Hill Freewill Baptist Church, with Pastor Bill Sheets officiating. Burial will follow in Springdale Cemetery, Bunker Hill, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the church.
