Doris Loretta Tom, 81, Lehigh Acres, Florida, passed away July 18, 2016, at Hope Hospice, Lehigh Acres, Florida.
Born July 8, 1935, in North Webster, Indiana, she was the daughter of Levant and Edna E. Cripe Tom.
While living in Indiana, Doris attended New Salem Church of the Brethren and Liberty Mills Church of the Brethren.
She is survived by one sister, Carol Mullinix and husband John, Lehigh Acres, FL; one brother, James C. Tom and wife Linda, South Bend; three nieces; and one nephew.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Martha Jane Tom.
Graveside services were held Friday, July 22, 2016, at New Salem Cemetery. Pastor Gary Tom officiated.
McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, has been entrusted with arrangements.
