Cheyenne N. Patrick, 20, Bunker Hill, passed away at 2:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft. Wayne.
Born on September 4, 1996, in Peru, Indiana, she was the daughter of Mike and Shelly Warner and Beau Patrick.
She graduated from Christian Academy Home Schooling, enjoyed taking selfies, and spending time with her dog, Oden.
She is survived by her parents, Mike and Shelly Warner, Bunker Hill; father, Beau Patrick, Smithville, Tennessee; one brother Brandon Day and husband Josh Day, Kokomo; two step-sisters, Kelli White, San Antonio, Texas and Brooke House, Smithville, TN; two step-brothers, Austin Warner, Wabash, Indiana and Austin Hosse, Smithville, TN; nephew, Cayden and niece, Alaina, both of Kokomo.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Kimberly Selleck; grandfather, Odell Patrick; and uncle, Roger Selleck.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 22, 2016, in Mt. Hope Cemetery Chapel, Peru.
Visitation will be from 5-7:00 p.m. on Monday at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.
