Anita L. Steininger, 80, Coloma, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Frankfort, Kentucky.
Born July 21, 1939, in Denver, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Eldon and Eva Harshman Ege.
She lived much of her life in Miami County and was a member of the Moose Auxiliary. She enjoyed arts and crafts, the Red Hat Society, and attended Zion Chapel while she lived in Peru.
Survivors include her daughter, Theresa Martin, Frankfort, Kentucky; son, Terry Joe Ousley, Michigan; seven grandchildren, Angela (Edward) Opalinski, Westfield; David (Heather) Reese, Frankfort, KY; Melissa Franklin, Ocoee, FL; and Samantha Ousley and Elizabeth Ousley, both of Paw Paw, Michigan; eight great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren;
one brother, Raymond (Kelly) Ege, Peru; and one sister, Carolyn Berry, Florida.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Robert Ege; and sister, Beverly Benge.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 6, 2020, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Pastor Rod Correll officiating. Burial will follow in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Friday, at the funeral home.
