Nam Cho “Judy” Pyon Spears, 67, Peru, passed away at 10:15 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019, at Hickory Creek of Peru.

She was born on January 6, 1952, in Andong, Korea. On February 19, 1975, in Seoul Korea, she was married to Thomas Ray Spears, Jr., and he survives.

She is survived by her husband, Tom Spears, Peru; three children, Linda Harris, Globe, Arizona; Jimmy (Sarah) Spears, Phoenix, Arizona; and Melanie Spears, Peru, Indiana; nine grandchildren, James Harris, Abbigail, Harris, Doug Harris, Tanner Spears, Madison Spears, Kaiden Spears, and Sherane Springer, Cheyenne Swihart, and Chloe Swihart; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at Zion Chapel Church, 915 S. Broadway, Peru, with Brother Alton Johns officiating. Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery, Marion, Indiana.

Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the church prior to the service.
