MaryLaverne and families, I am so sorry for your loss. Jeff and I were out of town and when we returned only learned of his passing. It is so hard to let them go. He was always a cheery voice for my dad while dad was at Blair Ridge. May God provide the peace that passes all understanding to you.

The Babers were such dear friends of my parents, Harvey and Annabelle Clary. What cherished memories I have of our visits with them and Dennis and Linda through the years. Sending my love and prayers for peace and comfort.

Sympahty to you all as you mourn the loss and celebrate the life of a very special man. He will be remembered by many and for many things, but most of all for his kindness and gentle spirit. Sending love to the Baber family.

Dick and Mary LaVerne were so special to our life in Mexico, IN. Dick drove his seasoned Ford tractor to our hobby farm and helped us remove rocks from the pasture. It was a pleasure to visit with Dick whenever and wherever we saw him. People like Dick are very rare and really the salt of the earth. Thanks for knowing you Richard Baber. We know you are in the Promised Land. God Bless.

Dick was a valued presence in our lives. He always made us feel so welcome and loved, with his winning smile, laughter and hugs. We enjoyed his pop in visits especially in the fall to see if the pears were ripe. We love you Dick, you will be missed. God is holding you and your family in the palm of his hands during this journey. Our love and prayers are with you all.

MaryLaverne, Dennis, Linda and families, you have my most sincere sympathy with the passing of Dick. So sorry I will not be able to see you personally as we are on vacation this week and out of state. Dick didn't know a stranger and always had a word to share with me. I so appreciated the almost weekly visits he had with my dad once he lived at Blair Ridge. Many fond memories from my childhood. God's blessings and beautiful memories for each of you, to sustain you, in the days and weeks ahead. Donna
