Paul D. Rimpler, 81, Twelve Mile, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Blair Ridge Health Campus, Peru.
Born February - 1, 1935, in Twelve Mile, Indiana, he was the son of Dale and Garnett Moss Rimpler. On May 17, 1953, in Twelve Mile, Indiana, he was married to Judy Mae Spitler, and she survives.
Paul was a skilled knife maker for over forty years, and he had worked for Rockwell Industries for over twenty years.
Survivors include two children, Steve Rimpler, Twelve Mile; and Becky (Keith) Beck, Avon, Indiana; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016, at McClain Funeral Home with Chaplain Virgil Barker officiating.
