Infant Nova Halo Annette, 7 weeks, cherished daughter of India Shamaca Lesley, passed away on July 17, 2015, at Lutheran Hospital, Ft.Wayne.
She was born May 28, 2015, in Peru, Indiana.
Survivors include her mother, India, Macy, Indiana; grandparents, Maurice E. and Ami A. Hall Lesley, Macy; aunt, Hailey N. Carney and husband Madison, Macy; uncle, Seth R. Lesley, and wife Jessica; Peru; cousins, Keirsten and Brayden; and great-grandparents, Tim and Cindy Hall, Terre Haute; and Ed and Hazel Lesley, Mexico.
There will be a time of visitation from 4-6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with the funeral service immediately following with Tim Hall and Lynn Brust officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery, Denver.
