Larry Joe Gearhart, 64, Twelve Mile, passed away at 2:28 a.m. on Friday, July 15, 2016, at Logansport Memorial Hospital, Logansport, Indiana.

Born May 14, 1952, in Miami County, Indiana, he was the son of George W. and Norma J. Lesley Gearhart.

On December 17, 1983, in Rochester, Indiana, he was married to Dina Nellene Jones, and she survives.  He was employed with D & B Trucking of Logansport for many years.  Larry loved being with his family and was known for his passion and love for golf.  He spent  many hours each weekend on the courses with his family and friends.

Along with his wife, he is survived by two children, Chase W. Gearhart, Twelve Mile; and Maddie J. Foster, and husband Zach, Logansport; one granddaughter, Aubrey A. Gearhart, Twelve Mile; and one grandson due in September; two brothers, Dave Gearhart and wife Mary, Peru; and Steve Gearhart and wife Diana, Logansport; one sister, Sherry Farrer, Pasco, Washington; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A time of visitation will be held from 4-8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2016, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana.
