Debra L. Yerk, 53, Macy, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester.

Born September 13, 1962, in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Richard E. “Dick” and Ethel L. Thomas Cattin.

Survivors include her fiancé, Robert E. Robins, Macy; two children, Rebecca L. (Matthew) Clark, Macy; Charles J. Yerk (special friend, Ashley Adams), Macy; grandchildren, Amaya Blickenstaff-James, Colton Clark, and M.J. Clark, all of Macy; nine siblings, Dennis (Bev) Cattin, Peru; Edith Browning, Rochester; Allen Lambert, Rochester; Susan (Dave) Shambarger, Macy; Pam Cattin, Winamac; Glen (Karen) Cattin, Winamac; Lenny Lambert, Rochester; John (Holly) Cattin, Mexico; and Larry Cattin (Krista Stockberger), Macy; many nieces and nephews; close friend, Charles John Yerk, Sr.; and her beloved canine companions, Marley and Jack.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Cindy Cattin, Lloyd Lambert, and Michael Lambert.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, with Chaplain Jason See officiating. 

Visitation will be from 2-5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
